Whenever you're working on a drum, pump or piece of plant that might drip or leak, sitting it on the right tray turns a potential floor spill into a simple job of tipping the collected liquid back into a container.

Our three Spill Tray sizes - 16L, 65L and 100L - are moulded from tough polyethylene with a ridged base and a built-in pouring spout, so liquid collected during maintenance or minor leaks can be decanted cleanly back into a drum rather than mopped up and wasted. The 65L tray comfortably holds a single 205L drum plus a hand pump, while the 100L tray suits two drums or an IBC corner.

The 9L Drip Tray is a shallower catch-tray without a pour spout, designed simply to sit under a leaking fitting, valve or coupling to catch drips as they happen.

All trays resist oils and most chemicals, making them a practical everyday addition to workshops, warehouses, generator servicing bays, and anywhere drums or plant are stored or maintained.

16L Spill Tray: 53 x 40 x 10cm, with pouring spout
65L Spill Tray: 100 x 55 x 15cm, with pouring spout
100L Spill Tray: 100 x 100 x 12cm, with pouring spout
9L Drip Tray: 57 x 38.5 x 5cm, no spout
Material: Rigid moulded polyethylene
Resistance: Oils and most chemicals
Use: Placed under drums, IBCs, pumps, generators or vehicle/plant components to catch drips and enable safe decanting

1. Which tray fits a standard 205L drum?

The 65L tray comfortably holds one 205L drum plus a hand pump; the 100L tray suits two drums or the corner of an IBC.

2. Are these trays chemical resistant?

Yes, standard polyethylene construction handles oils and fuels well - verify compatibility first for aggressive solvents or acids.

3. What's the difference between a Spill Tray and the Drip Tray?

Spill Trays have a deeper sump and a pour spout for active containment and decanting; the Drip Tray is a shallow catch-tray with no spout, for simple leak-catching under fittings.

4. Can the pour spout be used to empty the tray without lifting it?

Yes, the moulded spout lets you tip collected liquid directly into a drum or container for safe decanting.

5. Are the trays stackable for storage?

Being rigid moulded polyethylene, most sizes can be stacked or nested when empty for storage, though check clearance for the pour spout.
