Estimated Delivery Times

You can find detailed delivery information by clicking the delivery timescale button on the checkout page when placing your order and entering your address.

Our estimated delivery dates are updated daily, based on the most current stock levels and lead time information available.


For non-stock and custom products, these will be delivered in accordance with the transit time at the checkout page. 

For orders within the EU, your delivery time will be communicated at checkout - please allow additional time for these orders due to delays with shipping, customs or anything else.

Delivery Options

  • Standard UK Delivery: We offer Standard, Next Working Day and Saturday Delivery.
  • European Union Delivery: We offer delivery to the European Union, please enter your details at checkout to get the relevant shipping rate for your region. We deliver on DDU terms. You (the customer) are responsible for any import duties and/or taxes.

Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cocus.co.uk. We can change the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to alter the delivery destination.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately at info@cocus.co.uk. If your order has not been dispatched, we will process a full refund within 7 business days. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait until it arrives and then initiate a return in accordance with our return policy.

Damaged Products

We strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@cocus.co.uk. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
