Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original conditionβ€”unused, unworn, with tags or labels intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return document to include for our warehouse. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet the resale condition outlined above, it will not be eligible for a refund. Approved returns will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

ExchangesΒ 

We do not currently offer exchanges on products. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
