Our Custom Printed Retractable Belt Barrier keeps every safety feature of our standard barrier — the 1.0mm steel post, braking and locking retraction system, and heavy-duty concrete base with ABS cover and rubber floor protectors — and replaces the stock belt with a full-colour, 3-metre custom-printed belt made to your design.
It's ideal for venues, retailers, gyms and event organisers who want their queue management to reinforce their brand rather than look like generic hire equipment: your logo directing customers to a till point, a wayfinding message guiding a queue, or a seasonal design for an event.
How it works: once your order is placed, our team reviews your uploaded artwork and sends a proof for approval before anything goes to print — nothing is produced until you've signed off the design. Once approved, your belt is printed and despatched to us within approximately 7 working days, and we fit it into a barrier post from our own stock before shipping the finished barrier to you. The post itself uses the same 4-way cartridge system as our standard range, so your custom units connect seamlessly with any other COCUS retractable barriers you already own.
Available from a single unit with no minimum order, and with better unit pricing at higher quantities — ideal for outfitting a whole venue or ordering a one-off for a single entrance.

1. How do I submit my design?
You can upload your Logo and choose your HEX code on the listing, you can also send over any artworks to info@cocus.co.uk after placing your order.
2. How long does production take?
Once you've approved your proof, printing takes approximately 14-21 working days in total to be safe, though smaller orders often arrive sooner.
3. Is there a minimum order quantity?
No - you can order a single custom barrier.
4. Will this connect with my existing COCUS barriers?
Yes — the post uses the same 4-way cartridge connection system as our standard retractable belt barrier range, so custom and standard units can be linked together freely.
5. Can I change my design after ordering?
You can make changes right up until you approve your proof — production only begins once you've confirmed the design is correct, so it's worth checking your proof carefully before signing off.
